Jeez I feel down these days, bollox to that, my Q2 review is coming up and I'm not sure what to say there... I really don't want to lie! So is it very clever to tell them that I don't see a future with my current employer and set only one objective for the upcoming 3 months which ought to be "finding a successor"? For myself, that is?
