East London is Calling

So, I surfed around yesterday and found this ad for a flat in Canning Town - penthouse, roof terrace, two double bedrooms with en-suite, extra bathroom for guests, rah rah rah. Couldn't really believe how cheap it should be and phoned up.

Before I could really think about it, I had a viewing arranged for the same evening and got picked up from the station at 7pm. My a.r.s.e.!!! Gorgeous flat, brand new, and fuckin huge. The best thing about - it's cheapissimo!

Just half an hour ago I've put an offer in at £250 (it was on for £270). There we go. Sometimes things change freakin' ka-wik!
