had a little rant about my antics this weekend - as well kinda asking for advice how to avoid more complete fuck-ups. and this was one answer:

We've all been through periods when we spin off our tits. One day you'll just stop because you've had enough and you'll know when that is. Just don't try and get yourself killed in the process x

This has bloody made my day... Still need to say sorry to Anna (didn't get her on the phone last night) and all that, but... I know he's right, because the last time "I had enough" was about 7 years ago, so I guess it will happen again (and we know it's not now).
